The flex pattern of the northwest is progressive, meaning that a playful tip and tail blends with a stiff underfoot platform. This creates a playful yet stable ski that can handle anything you throw at it. A long effective edge, and a large radius means that the NW will respond exceptionally at high speed. The softer tip and tail combined with a hybrid rocker profile allows the ski to release when needed and remain nimble in tight terrain. Traditional Camber Profile provides maximum pop, stable landing and excellent edge control and grip thanks to a long effective edge. Hybrid is a rocker profile mixed with traditional camber underfoot, providing flotation and predictability in powder, mixed with smooth transitions, excellent edge control, and some of that traditional energy feel turn-to-turn. Micro is just that, traditional but on a smaller scale.
